Otis Mutual Domestic Water Consumers and Sewage Works Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 5 Volunteer Board Members that are elected at Annual Membership Meetings held on the 4th Thursday in February.

Otis Mutual Domestic Water Monthly Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month

We have a Manager that oversees the day to day operations.
